In a progress report from 20th of October 2015 the Committee determines for Bulgaria new deadline by the end of the year, in which the state should provide specific legislative, regulatory or administrative measures to ensure the Bulgarian legislation comply with Aurhus Convention. In the Letter the Committee expresses serious concern that Bulgaria has not made any adequate progress yet in
fulfilling the requirements. Rather it appears that the legislation described in the report appears in substance the same as that examined by the Committee in its findings on communication ACCC/C/2011/58 and which the Committee found not to comply with the Convention.
