Linking nature protection and sustainable rural development
One of the main advantages of the project is that it works directly with small and medium entrepreneurs that gain their living on natural resources use and depend on the nature conservation. The project partners aim at showing how local rural development and nature conservation are linked and can exist in harmony and that nature can help for improving the life quality in rural areas, especially in north-west Bulgaria, which is one of the poorest areas in the country.
