Last action on the place (Rila mountain, near Panichishte) showed that citizens are not safe there and institutions would rather not protect us - people were threatened and showed guns!!!
This action took place in front of the Ministry of Environment on 1.11.2007. The participant in this action showed how different authorities in Bulgaria do not want to take any responsibility on protecting Rila Mountains. Since now they are only dropping the responsibilities from one to another institution. That’s why the citizens played a game in which they jumped over each other. In the middle of the jumping circle, actors-volunteer presented the real situation that took place on 27.10.2007 when people in the region where the illegal building of road and lift takes place were threatened with guns to get away and not to protest.
