29.11.2007 Infront of the Council of Ministers - with cotton in our ears

Council of Ministers decided NOT to include Rila (buffer) into NATURA 2000 in Bulgaria. They also left the point about management plans and in this way made NATURA 2000 network be present only on paper. All of the places of investment interest will one by one be included in the building part of the management plans on municipalities.

We were having some cotton in our ears showing governing bodies in Bulgaria are not listening to the public interest.
