Despite of the ban a party was organized by Yulen Jsc in the Bunderitsa meadow!

We made an appeal towards the organizers to change the place of the party, so that all we will be able to enjoy it without ruining our mountain. This appeal got a lot of social support! Thousands of letters were sent to the Administration of Pirin NP, the Ministry of Environment and Water, the sponsors of the event and DJ Bob Sinclar himself. Media also broadcasted the case and on 25th of March the Administration of Pirin NP reacted adequately and forbade the party. But this is not how the story ends!

It goes on, because its main participant is Yulen Jsc – the company which through years showed us, that it does not wish to respect the rules and it does not take them into consideration, not even the laws and the public expectations. That is why instead of ending the party, they decided to put on trial the ban. And even when the Administrative Court in Blagoevgrad turned down their complaint Yulen Jsc enjoyed their party – in spite of the ban, the risk for the animals, the moral and the conflict. As always despite of everyone. When they violated the concession contract years ago and used more territory than allowed they had the same sense of impunity.

On March 31st a party was organized in the Bunderitsa meadow in spite of the imposed ban. Even when the mountain itself was outraged and sent them off with bad weather ….(In Twitter DJ Bob Sinclar announced to his fans that the party has failed because of bad weather), the native DJ still “shaked the mountain”. What follows? The Administration of Pirin NP will impose a fine on Yulen Jsc. Then we will keep an eye on what will be the amount of the fine, what offences will be established, what will be the consequences for the noisy interference during this most crucial and sensitive season for the inhibitants of Pirin NP. Unfortunately, the harm has already been done.

This story might have had another end! The event might had been carried out in Bansko or another place outside the park and the concessioner would not have violated the regime of the park. The DJ and his fans were also put in an inconvenient situation and forced to violate the law. As long as a main participant in the stories for Pirin NP and Bansko is Yulen Jsc, their end will be always sad......
