Regional Development Minister has revoked the application of Tsarevo Masterplan from 2008, but the protests continue! This is not enough

This is why we continue to insist on:
1. Issuance of a Decree from the Ministry of Environment and Water revoking the amendment of Tsarevo Master Plan from 2008 on account of absence of environmental assessment, as required by law.
2. Amendment of the Spatial Planning Act (SPA) and the Black Sea Coast Spatial Planning Act (BSCSPA), which allows for appeal of the Master Plan, at least in terms of annuling acts which approve it (for plans in force).
3. Amendment in SPA and BSCSPA with regards to annulling Master Plans adopted without environmental assessment and compatibility assessment (for plans in force).
4. Personal changes in the Ministry of Environment and Water regarding staff not acquainted with EU Directives, who have weeks on end been upholding this legal absurd!
Till these our demands be not fulfilled, we will be protesting! Tuesday, February 11 in Sofia, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora, Pernik, Sliven, Pazardzhik, Russe, Veliko Tarnovo, Tryavna and Burgas!

19:00 – setting out along Tsar Osvoboditel boulevard
19:15 – Sofia University Rectorate (the crossing with Vassil Levski Boulevard), move on along Tsar Osvoboditel boulevard
19:30 – National Assembly square, move on along Tsar Osvoboditel
20:00 – The garden in front of former Kristal restaurant, move on along Rakovski street towards Slaveikov square
20:15 – Slaveikov square by the fountain, continue on William Gladstone street to the building of Ministry of Environment and Water.
