The memorandum’s goal is to make Bulgaria a preferred tourism destination by improving service quality, halting loss of biodiversity and limiting negative impacts on the natural environment, shifting attitudes toward the preserving the authenticity of cultural heritage, and integrating and increasingly engaging the local population.
