In a letter to Aarhus from January MoEW denies the problem with LSP to the Aarhus Convention

As we have already reported, the finding of needed changes in the LSP raised by decision of the Parties to the Aarhus Convention in July 2014, are repeating the recommendations from 2012 and include:
Need to ensure access for all members of the society, including environmental organizations, to the legal procedures in general development plans, the detailed development plans, and also to the legal procedures related to strategic plans opinions on environmental assessment.

Need to provide access to the interested members of the society, including environmental organizations, to challenge procedures and reviewing permits for construction and operation.
