The fee for participation in both competitions is 15 lev at pre-registration and 20 lev on the day. The start point and the meeting place is in front of the municipality building in Dragoman at 8:30 am. The run starts at 9:30 am, and the bicycle race, at 10:30 am.

For the youngest visitors of the bike for Chepan Adventura.bg will hold a workshop, which will introduce them to the techniques of riding and safety in the mountains, with a brief theoretical and practical part. The event is part of a new initiative of Adventura – Velokrazhok.
Free railway transportation will be provided for participants and their equipment from Sofia to Dragoman.
"Bike and Run for Chepan" offers a sightseeing tour of the beautiful Chepan mountain and Dragoman marsh, separately from the competition. SAP Balkans will organize guided tours of the picturesque landscape of the region for all nature lovers upon request at the Center for Wetlands "Dragoman marsh." The center offers the opportunity for bird watching, a permanent exhibition of the biodiversity around Dragoman Marsh, presentations and lectures about the importance of wetlands in the country and the protection of river ecosystems.
This year, the mobile workshop Fix&Ride will be part of the race. Competitors will be able to rely on it to deal with technical problems at several points – at the start and in the middle of the track at a crossroad through which participants pass several times.

"Bike and Run for Chepan" is not just an annual meeting of lovers of active sports in nature and friends of the mountain. It brings together a wide range of active and modern-minded people concerned about the nature, interested in new challenges and new horizons for travel, while its principal objective is promotion of cycling and running as healthy lifestyle.
